Vacuum tube solar water heater system consists of glass tubes, water tank and stand. 1.  Vacuum tubes: The vacuum tube consists of two glass tubes which are  fused together at one end. The inner tube is coated with a selective surface that absorbs solar energy well. Or user could choose "3 high " tubes which are coated with the patented  interferential coating technology, achieving the higher absorptance of 96% and lower emissivity of 4%. The vacuum degree is 5x10-4 Pa, 100 times lower than that of the common tubes, thus its insulation will be better.

2.  Insulation in tank: The material of insulation is Polyurethane which is 3.2kg/m3. Insulation is produced by one-off foaming at constant temperature under high pressure; the tank, when processed with high-temperature ripening, will get the evener foaming and better insulation efficiency. Thickness of the insulation is between 50mm to 60mm.

3.  The inner tank, made of SUS304/SUS316, depends on location and weather, if it's island, close to seaside or it's more easier to be corrosion by the air in that area, user is better go for SUS 316. Both for SUS 304 and 316 will be anti- corrosive with the higher contents of Chromium and Nickel. The auto. argon arch welding will extend the lifespan of the tank by avoiding corrosion among crystalloids. But SUS 316 will be much more stronger.

4.  Outer tank, made of painted steel or SUS 304/316 depends on user's inquire. Painted steel can be fixed with different colour side cover for the water tank. It's much more nice looking with different colour stand.

5.  Brackets: The brackets are made of galvanized sheet which is commonly used in highway hurdles, are processed with 14 steps, such as degreasing, phosphorescing, electrostatic spraying, high-temperature ripening, etc. to ensure the stability and anti-corrosion of them.

6.  Accessories: The accessories can be chosen based on the user's request to realize automatic control of hot water consumption, such as intelligent controller, assistant tank, etc.

7.  Angle: As the season, country location are different for the worldwide, the bracket angle can be confirmed when customer place an order.
